Costs
Index Projects cataloging platforms are offered by subscription. The subscription fee is a one-time fee. One year after the initial subscription, you begin paying an annual maintenance fee.
Subscription Fee
There is a one-time subscription fee of $60.
Maintenance Fee
Each year on the anniversary of your initial subscription, you pay an annual maintenance fee based on the size of your catalog in megabytes (MB).
For catalogs up to 50 MB, the maintenance fee is $15
For each additional MB above 50, the fee is $.05 (5¢)
For example, the maintenance fee for a 243 MB catalog on the anniversary date
would be $15 + (193 x $.05) = $24.65
